Community Statement
The Family Success Center stands in strong solidarity with Somali childcare providers during this difficult and unsettling time. We recognize the fear, stress, and emotional toll that many providers and families are experiencing as a result of recent events, harassment, and uncertainty. Please know that you are not alone. Support is available, and FSC is here with you.
FSC is committed to protecting, empowering, and informing childcare providers by ensuring access to accurate information, trusted guidance, and safe spaces where providers can ask questions, share concerns, and seek help without fear.

every child and family, regardless of language, income, or background, deserves the opportunity to learn, belong, and thrive.

We provide equitable, culturally responsive programs that uplift children, youth, families, and childcare providers through education, early learning, and community connection. Through our growing bilingual network of childcare providers and family partners, we bridge communities to inclusive care, knowledge, and vital family resources.

Rooted in equity and cultural pride, our mission is to ensure that immigrant, refugee, Black, Indigenous, and multilingual families have full and fair access to the relationships and opportunities that build growth, resilience, and lifelong success.

Together, we’re advancing equity and building brighter futures one child, one family, and one community at a time.
