At The Family Success Center, we believe every child and family deserves the opportunity to thrive.

We provide educational enrichment for children and youth from birth to age 24, connect families with essential social services, and support childcare providers with the resources they need to deliver high-quality care.

Rooted in community, our mission is to ensure that all families in Washington State, especially those from diverse backgrounds, have access to the tools, guidance, and support that foster growth, resilience, and success.

Our Purpose

The Purpose of The Family Success Center is to provide educational activities and enrichment programs, social, and referral services for children and youth, from birth to 24 years old, families and financial support to childcare providers

The mission of The Family Success Center is to promote high-quality care for every child, youth and family in Washington State and to advance access to resources and social services for diverse families, children, youths, and childcare providers.

Where We Work

The Family Success Center serves BIPOC youths, young adults and their families in the cities of Auburn, Covington, DesMoines, Federal Way, Kent, Tukwila, Renton; the unincorporated areas of Burien, SeaTac, Skyway, and White Center, and Seattle; and Pierce County.
