Leads family support, resource navigation, and Q&A sessions for families and providers. Manages referrals, case support, and community partnerships.
Senior Program Manager
Ayan Mohamed
Provides leadership across program planning and operations, supports staff and partners, and ensures programs are implemented with quality and accountability. She also represents FSC in meetings with community partners and stakeholders, helping advance FSC’s mission through collaboration and community-centered leadership.
